标题：职业院校模具专业学生职业素养的培养探索

摘要：通过分析模具企业的用人需求和职业院校模具专业的学生职业素养培养现状，探索在专业课教学中通过课前课后小会、合作学习、自我展示、企业5S管理、技能PK赛等形式渗透职业素养的培养，将学生培养成独立自主、责任心强、在团队条件下能高效率解决问题的可持续发展的职业人才。

Research on cultivation of professional quality of students majoring in die & mould in vocational colleges

Abstract: Through the analysis of the employees demand of the die & mould enterprises and the professional quality training current situation for students majoring in die & mould in the vocational colleges, it explored that adding professional quality training into specialized course teaching by adopting the moment before class and after class, cooperative learning, show yourself, 5S management of enterprises, skills PK game and other forms. It aimed at cultivating the students to be a sustainable development of the professional person with independent, strong sense of responsibility, the ability of solving problems high efficiency in the team condition.
