标题:基于“任务驱动法”的能力拓展训练课程教学改革及实践

摘要:以“任务驱动法”为核心,在材料成型及控制工程专业的能力拓展训练课程中开展了相应的教学改革和实践,在教学实施过程中,学生利用MoldFlow 软件,运用所学的知识针对同一塑件构建了不同的浇注系统,对所获的注射结果进行了解析,最终选择适合塑件成型的注射方案。实践证明:采用“任务驱动法”开展能力拓展训练可以充分发挥学生的主观能动性,实现教师角色由“教”向“导”的转变,也有利于学生将注射成型的知识直观化、系统化地加以理解。

Teaching reform and practice of competence development training course based on tasks driven method

Abstract: The teaching reform and practice were carried out in the competence development training course of material forming and control engineering specialty based on the task-driven method. The students used the Moldflow software to construct different gating systems for the same plastic part, and analyzed the results of injection moulding in the process of teaching, and finally chose the reasonable injection scheme for the plastic part. The practices proved that the ability development training with task-driven method can give full play to students' subjective initiative, and realize the transformation of teachers' role from teaching to guiding. It is also helpful for students to visualize and understand the knowledge of injection moulding systematically.
