空心铝型材挤压数值模拟与模具结构优化

摘要:对成形某空心铝型材进行挤压模设计和三维建模,采用有限元模拟软件对挤压工艺进行模拟,并计算挤压型材截面上的速度差和速度均方差。通过分析模拟结果的速度分布和速度均方差,采用依次增设阻流块、引流槽和加长工作带的方法,改善挤压模出口流速的均匀性,使速度均方差降至合理范围,以获得最终模具设计方案。

Numerical simulation and die structure optimization of hollow aluminum extrusion

Abstract: The extrusion die for a hollow part was designed and the 3D modeling was carried out. The extrusion process was simulated by using finite element numerical simulation software, and the velocity difference and mean square deviation of the extrusion section were calculated. By analyzing the simulation results, the methods that adding blocking block, drainage tank, and lengthening working belt were adopted in turn to improve the uniformity of flow velocity at the outlet, and reduce the mean square deviation of velocity to a reasonable range.
