固定卡座级进模设计

摘要:叙述了固定卡座冲裁弯曲成形工艺,分析了制件排样,介绍了模具设计特点,对模具主要模板设计进行了说明,并阐述了凸包处向下90°弯曲镶件和连续波浪及弯曲90°成形镶件的设计。经生产实践证明,模具结构紧凑合理,生产的制件形状和尺寸达到图纸要求,可为同类制件的模具设计提供参考。

Design of progressive die for fixed fastener

Abstract: The blanking and bending process of the fixed fastener was described, and the layout of the part was analyzed. It introduced the characteristics of die design and illustrated the design of the main template. The design of the inserts for vertical 90° bending at the convex hull, and for succession wave and 90° bending were explained. The production practice proved that the die structure was compact and reasonable, the shape and size of the parts met the drawing requirements, which could provide a reference for the die design of similar parts.
