摘要：介绍的顶盖外板天窗后角两侧有反向成形的特征型面，由于成形不均匀造成顶面弹性回复问题严重，通过对零件进行分析，计算合理的补偿量，采用过A面的补偿方法对拉深及整形工序进行模具零件型面功能的提升，结果显示顶盖天窗后角顶面弹性回复问题得到解决。

Study on elastic recovery compensation method for roof panel on back sunroof

Abstract: The roof panel has the characteristics surface with reverse forming on both sides of back sunroof, the elastic recovery was serious which caused by uneven forming. After
analyzed and calculated the reasonable compensation, the method of compensation over A plane was used for improving the surface function of die part’s in drawing and sizing process. The results showed that the elastic recovery of roof panel was optimized to technical requirements.
