摘要:针对传统钣金弯曲设备对不同尺寸的弯曲工件须由不同的模具进行定位弯曲,且弯曲精度及效率低的问题,在现有弯曲机功能基础上,对传统钣金弯曲设备进行改造,开发基于机器视觉的高精度自动定位弯曲机系统,运用机器视觉识别技术实现钣金加工过程中自动定位,系统能有效解决传统弯曲机存在的问题。

Design of bending machine for refrigerator coaming

Abstract: For traditional sheet metal bending equipment, the bending workpieces with different sizes and shapes need to be positioned and processed by different specific dies. The
bending precision, utilization rate and efficiency were low. On the basis of existing bending machine, the traditional sheet metal bending equipment was reformed, and a high precision automatic positioning bending machine based on machine vision system was developed. The machine vision recognition technology was used to realize automatic positioning, and the system could effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional bending machine.
