摘要：分析了外螺纹喷水枪座的结构，塑件上的外螺纹采用滑块成型，4个小孔采用镶件成型，塑件内表面的扣位采用斜推结构成型，模具采用1模2腔结构，成型的塑件由斜推结构推出。经生产实践证明，模具结构合理，生产效率高，成型的塑件脱模顺利，可为同类塑件的成型提供参考。

Design of injection mould for water gun base with external thread

Abstract: The structure of water gun base with external thread was analyzed, the outer thread of the product was moulded by using slider, and the 4 holes were moulded by insert parts, and the buckles in the inner surface of product were moulded by inclined block. It designed two cavities in the mould, and the plastics were pushed through the inclined ejection mechanism. The production practice has proved that the mould structure was reasonable, and the plastics were ejected smoothly, which could provide reference for similar parts.
