摘要:对某汽车化油器成型工艺进行分析,阐述了成型化油器的流道及浇口、成型零件、滑块组件、脱螺纹机构等的设计,并说明了滑块组件和脱螺纹机构设计的难点。通过试模证明:模具生产稳定,操作简便,降低了制造成本,提高了生产效率。

Design of injection mould for carburetor

Abstract: The moulding process of a carburetor was analyzed, and the design of the mould runner and gate, moulded parts, slider assembly, and thread demoulding mechanism were presented. It expounded design difficulties of the slider assembly and the thread demoulding mechanis. The mould debugging proved that the mould could product stably and operate simply.
