摘要:针对某车型保险杠,采用CAD技术进行保险杠模具设计,运用CAE分析技术进行浇口数量和位置的确定,模具设计过程中采用内分型面技术、热流道顺序阀控制系统和随形冷却水路实现制品外观的要求,运用三级推出技术,实现注射成型后保险杠的脱模,获得了合格的制品。

Design of injection mould for bumper of car

Abstract: Aiming at the bumper of the CD539MCA car, the CAD technology was used to design the mould for bumper, and the CAE analysis technology was used to determine the number and location of gates. In the mould design process, the internal parting level technology, the hot runner sequence valve control system and the conformal cooling water circuit were applied to realize the goal of high requirements of the product appearance, and the three-level ejection technology was applied to achieve the demoulding of the bumper. Finally, the qualified products were obtained.
