摘要:针对振动机连接器零件的压铸成型需要,设计了1 副两板式压铸模。在分析铸件成型方案的基础上,设置了3 条不同方向的流道对型腔进行浇注,并设计了双斜导柱滑块机构实现铸件侧面抽芯,铸件脱模采用推杆推出。模具结构设计合理,浇注系统设置恰当,脱模机构简单实用,为同类铸件的模具设计提供借鉴。

Design of die casting die for vibrating machine connector

Abstract: Aiming at the needs of die casting moulding for vibrating machine connector parts, a two plate die casting die was designed. Based on the analysis of the casting moulding scheme, three runners in different directions were set to cast the cavity, and a slider mechanism with double inclined guide pillars was designed to realize the side core-pulling for casting, and the ejector pins were used to eject the casting. The die structure was designed reasonable, the casting system was set appropriately, and the demoulding mechanism was simple and practical, which could provide a reference for the die design of similar castings.
