摘要:分析了Cr12MoV钢制电池模具早期开裂失效的原因为圆模大块碳化物超标和热处理回火不充分;研究了不同热处理工艺的试样硬度、显微组织、抗拉强度、冲击韧性和耐磨性。结果表明,经预先热处理+最终热处理+深冷处理的试样各项性能指标最优,满足使用要求。

Research on failure analysis and heat treatment process of die for Cr12MoV steel battery

Abstract: The causes for the early cracking and failure of die for Cr12MoV steel battery were analyzed, which existed large carbides in die part and insufficient tempering. The hardness, microstructure, tensile strength, impact toughness, and wear resistance of the specimens with different heat treatment processes were studied. The results showed that the specimens with pre-heat treatment, final heat treatment and cryogenic treatment had the best performance indexes and met the use requirements.
